The Canada Transmigration Program
Take the opportunity to live abroad, to travel to another country, settle and get citizenship. Two million Canadians will head overseas for the chance of a lifetime that will last a lifetime. Who can participate and how much will it cost? Anyone can join, and the government will pay.
The federal government spends at least $16 Billion on immigration repercussion costs. That expense plus the current immigration budget of $1.7 billion provides the necessary funding. The government merely has to replace immigration with emigration.
How much will it cost? $20 billion.
How much money will participants receive? They will get $10, 000 per year.
That means up to 2 million people can emigrate.
Those who register for the emigration program will receive their $10,000 per year after choosing one of two places: a yet-to-be decided Caribbean country or a Middle Eastern one. The two locations are sufficiently different enough from Canada to make relocation a worthwhile challenge.
Why would recipient countries accept so many Canadians? Because of all the advantages of having so many Canadians in their country.
